I have my Favs 1 key set to my Write e-mail page. Any time I'm somewhere like here or a news group and need to spell check something I just highlight it and hit Control+X. Then I hit my F1 key to go to my Write e-mail page and then hit Control+V and Spell check. After corrections if any, I highlight it and hit Cancel or Delete which that takes me right back to where I was in the beginning at at which point I again hit Control+V
